If you are just starting your computer repair business, you need to be extremely careful on how you spend money.
My rule is very simple: If my business generates no income, it generates no expenses.
Printed business forms are absolutely a No-No for me.
I do not buy printed forms for my business, everything that I use is free. I do my invoices using Microsoft Office Templates.
My customers get a copy of their invoices via email (PDF version).
I bring a printed copy also once I’m On-Site delivering their equipment.
Maybe in the future I’ll get a little bit fancier and may consider professional forms; for now this is working great for me.
